      Free meal for whole day, allowance …

      Cons

      Very time consuming, even your rest time managers won’t let you rest, instead they’ll play games and do meetings, if your shift is supposed to end at 10, theyll ask you to stay and do cleanings and stuff, please just let us rest.. No tips from customers, even if you’ve received a lot of tips from customers, you’ll have to hand over to the counter and they tips that employee received will be used for gathering, that’s really unfair !

      Staff meals provided. Few friendly colleagues without minimal mentoring or guidelines for future career growth

      Weak and bad culture to working environment! Impatient and impolite superior. Bad attitude with poor manpower management.

      Pros

      The staff meal is nice, occasionally there will be some celebration among all staff in restaurants. The customers are typically more well mannered.

      Cons

      You sacrificed so much to get a degree. And then you ended up here cleaning tables, washing cups, and carrying heavyish dish walking around restaurant for 6 days per week. The worst is that you wouldn't know how long you will need to do the task like this. They do not have a proper progression plans for management trainee. You've no difference with normal waiters here.
