Pros
Learning opportunities but you’re thrown right in the fire. The staff is fine, some great people but everyone who works hard ends up quitting.
Cons
- Upper management doesn’t listen at all, they never question themselves, even when you show them the proof that they’re making mistakes and making bad decisions, and even after half the core team quit they still think they’re doing a good job. Throw the whole team away and rehire. You can’t fix this level of unprofessional childish pettiness. - No growth opportunities if you’re not friends with the bosses. - Bonuses are calculated based on feelings not facts (even when proofs are available). - You’re expected to do overtime regardless of whether it’s busy or not.
