Looking back it’s really hard to find anything nice to say.
Cons
It’s hard to know where to begin, but I would strongly discourage young professionals entering this business. Privately owned with bullying, misogyny and bad attitudes at the very top. Employees could often be found in tears at breaking point. With a running joke of ‘go and tell HR’ ( there was no HR) this place left lasting damaging on impressionable and willing young creatives and marketers that came to know this way of working as the norm. Boys club, with old fashion client tactics and questionable morals.
