CEO / President is micromanager.
Management Positions are unstable due to difficulty with owner.
Contracts are unstable.
Pac-Tac treats its employees as disposable, instead of backing them.
Consistent disrespect. So response from supervisors. Micro managed out of ego rather than purpose. The owner is mentally unwell. I legitimately feel bad for him. He takes it out on his employees.
Cons
The absolute worst employment experience I have ever had. It is a decent place to work while you’re finding other work. I often feel like not showing up to work.
