Pros

The Company works mostly on government tenders and projects, hence there are no time limits for any work. The company operates as per any other government office.

Cons

No proper work environment. Money is everything over here. Employees are treated as servants, get scolded and abused by the company directors in front of the entire staff. Since they work on government projects, mostly all the work is done by giving and taking bribes!! No festivals or occasions are celebrated. During the interviews a lot of things are told, but in reality it is the worst job, you wont use any of your skills or learn anything new. Under the project management domain they will force you to make calls and sales, as if working in a BPO!! No Salary increment on yearly basis. No Saturday off. There is a lot of attrition from the office, specially new hires after they see the real picture. No specific HR policies. No one can take decisions, for everything an approval has to be taken first. Everything in this company is delayed, no projects are completed on time. Projects that were supposed to be executed 5 years back are still on going. I hope after reading this people would at least make an effort to check the future they have if they get an offer from this company.

Pros

Strong Management Support and Availability which is not present outside to such an high extent. Large exposure to learn and grow.

Cons

Every coin have both sides, similarly every organisation have good and bad points. However, I look at only positive side, which keeps me motivated to perform better so that I enhance my skills.

Pros

Nothing to appreciate. Didn't see any upsides of working here.

Cons

>Management needs to change the attitude. I haven't seen specific HR policies. For everything prior approval is required , no one can take decisions. >Don't consider employees in their decisions. No decisions are in favor of employees simply no benefits for employees.Nobody followed professional ethics. >No proper work environment. Money is everything over here. Employees are treated as servants, get scolded and abused by the company directors in front of the entire staff.
