Work-life balance. Generally kind and helpful colleagues. Resourceful IT. Kind and zen boss. Lots of people stay because they want to work for him / help his business. Some opportunities to travel (a bit of a trap...)

Cons

Lack of career advancement, rewards and opportunities to grow. Be prepared for awkward situations and bizarre requests. Some archaic processes. Some toxic behaviours are condoned. (Sluggish behaviour, over reliance, reverse ageism, passive aggression, even outright aggression.) Management is either too kind or blindsided (?)
