Misinterpreted what my role would be Staff are constantly overpromoted No sense of innovation a lot of, "We'll we've done it this way so we'll continue to do it this way" Lowest paid amongst the largest shipping companies

Pros

Friendly colleagues and environment. Taken good care of staff's health and wellness with open space, adjustable table, exercise room and shower room, fruit everyday, etc. Company give opportunities for growth and Operations/Chartering roles are given a chance to relocate and work abroad. CEO Mats is very down to earth and hands on.

Cons

Due to the nature of the work for chartering and operations department, they could have longer working hours. But they are flexible in general.
