It’s honestly sad. Good seniors leave, and a lot of the ones left don’t even have much real experience. They’re just “paper managers”—pushing forms around and giving vague or totally off-base directions. But when things go wrong? Suddenly it’s the staff’s fault. Senior throw us under the bus every single time. A lot of my coworkers get bullied, Boss is kind of mastered being good and obedient on the surface. But secretly, we all have the same target—we're always making jokes behind the boss's back. Some of them are honestly hilarious. Oh, and we’re definitely not allowed to leave right at 6 PM. It’s more like they want us living that 996 life.
