- Serious office politics across departments and even within the same team. - Senior staff and higher management can be dismissive and disrespectful toward subordinates. - You will receive “just follow instructions, don’t talk grandmother story” type of management culture. - Clique culture is very obvious; difficult for new hires to integrate. - Easy to feel isolated or outcasted if you are not part of the existing groups. - Poor communication and lack of professionalism from leadership. - High turn over rate in the company across different environment.
