There are red flags everywhere! Decision making from mgmt is unprofessional and unguided. HR should be giving professional advise on how to take care of the employees, but instead they are empowered by mgmt to make bad decisions. Lack of compliance and unethical practices. Eg. (1) Compulsory for every employee to go for wsg training so govt fund part of your salary, but JD & LOA are fabricated (2) Resistant to let employees WFH for those that can. Changes are done only after authorities came to check. Overall a lack of excellence and competence from all levels. Delegation issues at the top and lack of strong leadership. High turnover and termination rate. Negative SME culture. Minimum benefits. Little to learn.
