      Always looking ahead at the future, putting in practice new technologies on their products, anticipating the market needs, solving problems with great outcomes.

      Cons

      Compensation on salary is very restricted. Is really hard to have an increased annually.

      Pros

      Casual, laid back office environment, free snacks and drinks.

      Cons

      So disorganized, lack of leadership, management can't practice what they preach. Put on tons of pressure and then won't show up to the office for days on end leaving employees confused and bitter.

      The environment is great and I really appreciate my team. Very supportive and understanding, no micro managing or too much pressure

      Cons

      There seems to be no real raise structure and they tend to avoid the conversation when brought up
