Overworked 10 hour shifts double booked with no help at all. Factory therapy, the patients come marching in 2 by 2 for hours. You have to do the laundry while double booked. Management is very money oriented. Huge turnover due to lack Of support and management paying no attention to issues and concerns. Exercise equipment is dirty because there is no one to clean them.

The husband and wife who own this place see their employees as inferior humans and do not hide that fact.
