- Agile, demanding atmosphere: engaging day-to-day routine. - The company is super generous with its employees: from the understanding of personal situations to constant integration activities. - The chance to work with different clients from all over the world. - As Paintgun is still starting, one's ideas might have a big impact on the company. - Management is great, always willing to help and engage in thoughtful conversations. A really diverse culture. One gets to meet people from all over the world, with different backgrounds. This is great.
Cons
- As with all start-ups, sometimes there is 'too much' to do. - The atmosphere can feel a little hectic sometimes. - Lots to figure out still.
