Pros

1. free meals during tax season, but traded off ot pay for it

Cons

1. constant firing of new staffs (<3 months) on the spot because "We expected someone much more senior" on new grads 2. constant yelling from the female boss who seem to have mid life crisis and related temper issue 3. no training but high expectation, reasonable mistakes are treated with sarcastic comments 4. lots of office politics, there are particular brown-noses who are always ready to stab your back to promote themselves 5. NO OT pay for 60+ working hours. Regular hours ends at 5:30 but no one dares to leave until 6 6. Unprofessional as file misplacement is very common

Pros

Some friendly staff (not enough to save though)

Cons

Poor management, weak communication, talks behind your backs, blaming employees for expectations that they never bothered to make clear in the first place. Too many more to list... never had an experience this bad.

Pros

Nice Location, A lot of Free Parking,

Cons

1. There are layoffs of new employees multiple times a year, with the reason being that their abilities are deemed insufficient. The job title is 'junior,' but they expect you to have 'senior' level skills." 2. We have a lot of paperwork because the boss doesn't use computers. So, we have to print thousands of pages every day. We all use one email address for the entire company, and it has every new employee's contract, so there's no privacy. We also don't use any modern tools like Teams. It's very old-fashioned." 3. The supervisor enjoys bullying employees. They make it a habit to criticize your work and often resort to personal insults 4. We are required to work overtime every day, and no one dares to leave before 6:30 5. There is absolutely no training provided. Even for junior positions, you are expected to know everything, and if you ask questions, you're met with criticism and personal attacks 6. No Chatting during work hours. Preferred work through lunch time. 8+hours work everyday. Tax season, over 50 hours per week, no ot pay or bonues. 7. Benefits promised during the interview are not guaranteed after probation.
