Pros
There is some flexibility in terms of the working hours, 30 days of PTO, small team and environment, opportunity for some travel.
Cons
Management needs tremendous improvement. Very little consideration for employees’ career trajectory and movement within the company. Job descriptions and expectations are not clearly laid out which makes performance feedback and reviews not as useful or constructive. Additionally, compensation is below market and no benefits at all such as pension or medical aid. No proper HR function as well.
