Pros
Excellent culture of collaboration and a never ending set of interesting problems to work on. Junior employees are encouraged and given substantial opportunity to take a high degree of ownership across the firm. Senior management does a great job ensuring analysts are equipped with everything they need to do great work.
Cons
Honestly can't see any downsides. As long as you're willing to work hard, there's no better place for a career in investment management.
