      -Great for building experience in digital innovation -Culture where taking the initiative is encouraged -Flat structure -Interesting projects and a lot of variation

      Cons

      -HR process are not clear, particularly the pay and review process -IT processes are slow -Some managers expect overtime to be worked

      Palladium has a great culture, with people that really care about each other, the direction the company is taking and the work they do. Company is very young so opportunity to really impact on the type of work Palladium does

      Currently not much structure around training, however this is being addressed and improved
