Not a good experience overall. The company had poor management, too much micromanagement, and very little transparency. There were no proper team discussions or regular meetings to solve issues and keep everyone aligned. Employee conflicts were not handled properly, and sometimes people who were not involved ended up facing the consequences. The work environment often felt driven by office politics rather than teamwork. The PIP process felt more like a way to create pressure and fear than to genuinely help employees improve. HR was not always professional, and confidentiality was not maintained as expected when discussing employee concerns. There was also unprofessional behavior from some employees, including bullying, poor workplace etiquette, and a lack of respect for others. Management did not do enough to address these issues, which negatively affected the work culture. The company has potential, but it needs better leadership, better hiring practices, stronger HR processes, and a more professional work environment.
