      Pros

      Many good and professional people. Great office view in Boston financial area.

      Cons

      Do not join the IT department. It is a toxic place where management is looking to replace people instead of mentor and educate them. They trap you with good salary but overtime you outdated in the job market. There is none or zero training and career growth opportunities. IT people are at the mercy of the head of IT area back stabbing if you are not one of the top management favorites. Run away from IT department. It is a money trap.

      Used to be a good place to work

      Pros

      Nice office, great views, and fresh fruit every week.

      Cons

      Long-tenured management was forced out and replaced with incompetence and hidden agendas. The CEO recently retired and was replaced by a PM. It is anybody’s guess how this change will affect PanAgora’s market position. The COO, if he had his way, would have people work 16-hour days. The CTO was previously a developer, so all his decisions are one-sided and development-based. He knows nothing about the other side of IT, infrastructure, which keeps the business running. Sales are non-existent. Investment groups continue to underperform year after year. Assets Under Management keep shrinking.

      Lacks diversity. Management focused on personal agendas and not open to feedback. Company outlook not good. No growth opportunities.
