      Pros

      Pros: upper management doesn't care what you do. You basically sit in a small room for hours and watch people make fools of themselves then clean up after them.

      Cons

      Cons: upper management doesn't care. At all. Getting them to do anything is practically impossible. They'll get back to you whenever they feel like it. Also you will have a lot of "on call" shifts, where basically you are just sitting around at home waiting to see if you go in that day. If you do go in you could be there for a minimum of 1 hour or a max of all day. And to top it off they don't pay you for on call time.

      Pros

      Working a good escape room is fun because of the energy people bring to the rooms and your job to help them stay engaged. The people who worked their as game masters were amazing.

      Cons

      Get some friends, plan, save and open your own. Management were not following proper labor codes at the time. Created a system that followed labor laws and it led to several issues with corporate expecting too much from a single individuals working long hours without lunch breaks, lunch on duty but sometimes couldnt go to bathroom for 8 hours.
