Great market opportunity if the company could only pull it off!

Cons

The CEO thinks he is very cleaver and doesn't want to hear anyone disagree with him. No feeling for people what-so-ever. No understanding of security controls and thinks because he was successful as a sales leader in his last role he deserves to be successful running a company.

A smattering of good people trying to do the right thing.

Unfortunately this company continues to mistreat & undervalue its staff members. It would be wrong & unprofessional to name names & I can only speak from my own experience. During my time I felt as though people were let go for all the ‘ist’ reasons & hard work was regularly ignored. Would not recommend this company. Even in these desperate times there are SAAS business all over the world who value EVER team member, go to one of them.

Was a great company, poor leadership has led to its downfall

Some of the people there are smart with a great working culture and people care for one another The product is in a market that is fast growing and has potential Ability for fully remote work

Cons

Very poor leadership at the top the CEO doesn't understand the market or the business and surrounds himself with people (many ex collegues) who just agree with him (equally without cyber or product market understanding) and those who have a different view to him are exited, particulary women. Poor decision making from the CEO and his executive leadership team has led to a situation where the business is not in a great place (both financially not meeting goals and with product innovation) and many good people are/have left because of this.
