      Nothing that I can think of

      Cons

      Change in management caused a sudden switch of culture from a very supportive one to an autocracy. They treat their remote workers like slaves and the acting general manager did nothing but power trip. Very low pay, no incentives and the politics are through the roof!

      No micromanagement, good team, okay salary. Good for someone looking for a stepping stone for greener pasture.

      Cons

      Understaffed. Mistakes are more evident since 1 employee is doing the work of 2 to 3 employees.
