Pros
My favourite thing about working for Panoramic Associates and PRG are the many incentives - from the holidays abroad to incredible days out such as Cheltenham races, club lunch, team of the month prizes and more.
Other incredible perks include the regular team socials, charity fun days such as table tennis tournaments, summer BBQs etc.
My other favourite thing is the people - we are 30 people strong across Panoramic Associates and growing by the day! We have a strong mix of tenured staff, the biggest billers in the wider company of 200 people, new consultants who are already hitting club lunch incentives and breaking records!
Cons
It’s very difficult to think of any but if I had to name a few - Because were growing so quickly, we’re struggling with desk space. I know that we’re looking to occupy a 3rd floor shortly to tackle this.
