      Awful management, illogical and questionable business practice

      Pros

      Interesting exposure to Crypto. Used to be a credible crypto 'name' on your resume, sadly this is declining.

      Cons

      Management clueless and constantly making erratic decisions. Zero accountability for many of the firms shortcomings. Certain teams/individuals are allowed to continually perform unprofessionally and jeopardize workflow but are protected due to strange toxic politics. Turnover is shocking and speaks for itself (Google Pantera departures).

      Dysfunctional management

      Not sure that there were many pro’s. Good benefits package, I guess?

      Cons

      Management is dysfunctional. Turnover is stupid high. Pay isn’t great. Bonuses suck and are vested over 3 years, which is insane. Work life balance is non existent. Routinely worked Saturday and Sunday into the night. 90 hours a week was not surprising.
