      Exciting but Stressful at times

      Pros

      Forward looking company that is committed to having a high-functioning team. Family life is respected. Lots of opportunities to try things and grow if you want to.

      Cons

      It can be very busy and stressful at times. You need to learn to leave work at work and just go home at the end of the day. Like all customer service jobs, sometimes clients are cranky.

      Pantheon is very adaptable. They take everybody's consideration to issues into account. Great training opportunities, both on paper and real world.

      Cons

      It can get busy, technical events can happen that can disrupt an entire days worth of a schedule.
