      Decent culture, no way to move up

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay was competitive but seems to have changed. CEO seems to be pushing company in the right direction.

      Cons

      Was told by several times by higher ups that they would not interview current employees for AE, AM, or PM roles. They almost exclusively hire out side candidates for roles they should be allowing SDRs to interview for.

      you can learn customs clearance procedures, logistic, Incoterms, have a lot of requests and contacts to customers. the company spends a lot of money on advertising and promotion

      Cons

      bad business processes. bonuses are low. Chinese dept works without control from owner. Sales staff average work experience is about 3-4 months.
