Smart coworkers, good pay and benefits

Cons

This is the most poorly run company I have ever been at. Every other month is a layoff, a “restructure” or another executive is quitting the company, or a sudden pivot in priorities. They put out a statement saying they are committed to not laying anyone else off through the rest of 2024, then they work around that by claiming it’s a restructure and eliminating positions. Morale is very low, no one trusts the leaders.

Cons

Your role will be a project manager executing on the CEO's vision that constantly changes. Extremely toxic, bro culture that bleeds into personal lives. Huge career and personal regret coming to this company.
