      Pros

      If you know secrets or you are one of the old boys . You can get away with anything including racism ,sexism , homophobia and sexual harassment.

      Cons

      Ineffective HR, toilet facilities not fit for human use , hypocritical behaviour from senior management, blatant racism, health and safety hit and miss . Equality questionable and just about the worst place you could work if you are a woman .
