      Sometimes got damaged baked goods

      Cons

      Everything. No respect for labor laws and the people who work there. Owners saying there’s no money for raises for people who work ridiculous hours while dropping by the place in new luxury cars and going on long trips to Europe.

      Pros

      Chef's are better than the place deserves.

      Cons

      Owners don't care about employees and do little to make working for them livable. Multiple chefs have two if not three jobs and pretty much all of the bartenders maintained other jobs as well.
