      Pros

      - Benefits (health insurance, pension plan) - Salary - Working stability (if you are young, it is very difficult to get fired) - Young age dynamic teams

      Cons

      - Too much internal politics (politics is more important than performance) - High rotation (6-12 months per position). So, there is no ownership over projects, knowledge gets lost, projects get launched being half ready and all this creates complexity and frustration - Non cooperative environment between teams & departments
