      Pros

      Some really great people in the non-executive pool Almost average pay rates. Teams are very supportive of each other

      Cons

      CEO yells and acts like a child Almost all upper executive positions are filled by family, regardless of qualifications. None actually listen to your knowledge and expertise that you were hired for, and advancement is a pipe dream.

      Fun coworkers and dog friendly office are the only positive things about this company

      Toxic Work environment there is no trust in their employees and will overwork them for low pay CEO is always yelling at people feels like working in an high school with bullies, gossip and management picking favorites Their HR department Is a joke Racist,Homophobic & misogynistic comments made often by management and peers.
