The benefits are good but really expensive taken out weekly from your check. The pay I low compared to other companies out there in the same field. On top of that they only allow for a maximum raise of 3% every August and you have greedy managers that will still try to find any excuse to keep it under that amount. You have a facility manager that is best friends with the companies director. He allows him to get away with almost anything especially on how he and production production supervisor treat and harass employees with psychological mind games everyday. Anything you report to HR gets swept under the rug so there is no help or a such a thing as job security. They work you to the bone taking every resource they can from you when you complain they just find away to get rid of you and place someone else in your seat. There is no such thing as a work life balance here so if that is what you are looking for turn the other way. Old and outdated equipment to work with. Highest turnover rate in Connecticut. Unfair work practices and working in unsafe conditions constantly. Would not recommend this employer to my worst enemies. Would give zero stars if that were an option. Pros Benefits but expensive employee contributions, Paid time off but if you take you could still be written up
