      Pros

      Great product market fit with customer base. The problem the company seeks to solve is highly compelling to its customer base, and there is an appetite in the industry for Parade to double down on its mission.

      Cons

      * Lacks strategic focus; there is natural gravitation top-down to play in other fields that are not strategic but tactical * Opting for doing too many things but few things exceptionally well * The CEO's tendency to be micro-managerial may stem from a lack of industry experience, and formative management experience prevents individual contributors from owning problems and having an impact.

      Pros

      There are no pros to this company anymore...other than the few good people that haven't been fired...YET...or left.

      Cons

      This was a great company full of great people. However, some organizational changes left a gap and new managers running a muck. Anymore, this is a sinking ship.

      -Remote -Amazing technology, customers want to buy our stuff -Incredibly smart founders, leadership -Great culture, team-mentality -Great benefits, stocks, PTO, etc -Company offsites 1x year, great team-building experiences -Overall great company culture -Everyone is willing to help you learn new things

      Cons

      -still young company, growth path not always crystal clear (they are working on this) -it's a start-up so everyone wears multiple hats (a pro of this, you're always getting to learn new things!)
