I worked at Paradigm Global Events as a business development executive for under 2 years. Open minded, multi cultural, and hard working environment. Encourages self discipline and positive thinking at all times.
Cons
You would need to be willing to work - Its the only way to succeed in this type of environment. There is no two ways about it... They work on deadlines! As the saying goes "Whatever happens, you're responsible - if it doesn't happen you're responsible - don't be upset with the result you didn't get for the work you didn't do"

Good location and the office is very nice itself
Cons
However the people that work there need to get a reality check, no platform for growth and zero structure for any good employee feedback.
