Management team are absolutely appalling - they bring in new roles at their level and it's layer upon layer upon layer. So many interim roles it's unbelievable. And the people that are brought in to do high-level jobs can't do them. So they bring another person in. To do their job. And surprise, surprise - they can't do the job either. It's an endless cycle. There's no goal, aim or strategy within the company. No opportunity for progression - those who have potential are stifled. Those who have an opinion are dismissed. Nothing is ever simple. Even the smallest of matters that would take a phone call or an email to resolve needs to have a whole-day meeting. So much time-wasting from management team. There are too many cons and I can't be bothered to write anymore.

High expectation, nothing given back. Workload for 3 people expected to be done by one person. Not realistic targets and deadlines . Very rude senior management , specially finance. High Employee Turnover. People living without job to go. Bad management style actually no management. Employing people at high level without housing knowledge. They feel like they own you. Long hour’s nothing given back.
