      Pros

      There are no pros, honestly. They operate in absolute chaos plus on top of that, utilise time and activity trackers + jira + clickup + notion etc. etc.

      Cons

      Salary is always late, there are very few vacation days per year + if you don't use them they don't want to repay them. No equipment provided. No management support. Pure chaos.

      No matter how hard you work, they will never increase your salary. Even if they do that will be probably once in years.
