Some facilities you call are rude. Follow up times are annoying facilities but this company is so cheap that they're excuse is that they wanna make sure all their script questions you need to ask were answered, and if the facility needs a refax or something which is desperation if you ask me.
Makes us the retrievers look bad and annoying. They also overwork you with cases and you need to email your supervisor for every little thing wrong and you need to check in and check out via email with them every day. They reply quickly though atleast and seem knowledgeable. The pay is really low for all the work you have to do. Sometimes I have up to 80 cases in one day. I dont know why I'm still in this. But it's not fair.
