Don't Waste Your Time

Pros

- good hours as they are constantly understaffed - good coworkers, you're all in this together - nice properties that are being refurbished

Cons

- management is a nightmare and always changing. They change managers so frequently it should tell you something is wrong! - absolutely no staff! If you need something done for a guest you had better be able to be in two places at once! - pay is below average for job title - no benefits! no 401k and expensive healthcare benefits! No discounts of any kind either - owner and his group of business associates are around frequently and feared by the entire staff

We do our best to pay competitively and offer benefits that are affordable. We conduct regular surveys adjusting our team pay and benefits based on those surveys. All smoke and mirrors and lies

Pros

Some people are nice and fun to work with. If your are a rookie and don’t know any better this is a place to work for a few months.

Cons

First off HR is horrible, they lie, make up story’s, openly have favorites, have zero respect for work life balance and berate and belittle anyonesopinion that is not the one that they received from the tyrant president. Its very toxic. So many good people leave this place once they realize it’s all lies, get tired of dealing with homeless people, prostitutes and drug dealers. You get no time off and expected to work outlandish hours and many days straight due to lack of hourly staff. The president and his henchmen manage throught fear and belittlement and false promises over and over until people stick up for themselves and leave. You can not trust HR AND CANT take it to the president or his team cause they will try to turn it around and protect the HR…. Must be something there, especially when multiple directors and GM’s have the same concerns. Like ,really how many dozens of managers and directors do you need to lose and they all say the director of HR is their main reason for leaving, makes ya think there’s something going on inside for this to be allowed.
