They short all of the paychecks. Seriously keep track of all of your hours and your tips or else you’ll never get all of your money. The owner sexually harasses all of the females on staff. He talks incredibly gross about them in front of his WIFE. Just google him and you’ll see the claims are true. Sometimes he’ll come in and want all of the staff to drink with him which may sound good but some of the staff were minors and he didn’t care. If you refused the drink he would pressure you until he saw you drink it. They would pay the staff multiple days late, scream at management, would never give clear direction, would threaten to fire all of the staff at least once a week. The staff I worked with was awesome. They had the perfect staff to make the bar a success but wouldn’t give us any opportunity to let it happen. It’s as if the owners want the place to fail. He sends his 70+ old mother to talk to staff because he’s too cowardly to do so himself. Seriously the worst work environment you could ever imagine. If you’re thinking about working here, seriously, SERIOUSLY take all of these reviews into consideration. The pay isn’t worth what you will go through mentally and PHYSICALLY if you’re a woman.

Ownership is absolutely horrendous. The crew I worked with came up with many ways to help/save the bar from how horrible it was. It was always so slow. Uniforms would constantly change and they were so (beep) ugly for somewhere that says sex sells. Owners wife without the owner around was so sweet. She used to be bottom of the barrel just like us common folk. But as soon as she married the owner he infected her with terribleness. She was a regular bartender and worked her way to wife. The owner made a very abusive work environment. He would (allegedly) scream at managers, he was horrible at making events run smoothly, no event would run smooth and he would brag about scamming the company, yell at his wife in front of us to where I could see her cry, me and others could go on. They paid the managers way less than even regular bartenders and it was difficult to see that money come back. They would have managers go to the store and use their own money and wouldn’t pay them back immediately. They constantly threatened the jobs of the workers. I’m assuming they just want new workers every couple of months cause turnover rate is insane. They pay the drag queens way too little. The pay is enticing but don’t do it. Run.
