Pros
Some people are well paid, meaning better than in other companies. But that's all.
Cons
This company is THE definition of a toxic workplace. I've seen many people suddenly disappearing, crying, being psychologically and physically harmed (getting more and more sick, having panic attacks, etc.), being bullied and humiliated... All the ingredients are there: abusive and manipulative managers, no transparency and information distorted, constant high stress (for no good reason), disrespect for work-like balance, favoritism, open criticism, fear-based culture...
