Be prepared to be pressured to work long hours, even though they love to highlight flex schedule and half day on Fridays. Although location is in San Clemente, office is not in a desirable location, be willing to be exposed to transients walking about. Parking is terrible. Office work environment is not comfortable. As a side note, the bathrooms are a joke. If you go for interview ask to use facilities and you will know what I mean. Worst company I ever worked for.
