Pros
The work culture at Parkwind is great, people are nice and cooperative. Managers are understanding and you will have a good work-life balance. They value employees and take care of their wellbeing and provide many trainings to improve their knowledge, also salaries are good.
Cons
Strategic changes happening, No clear path for growth.
