Pros
Some professional people, growing business. Ok marketing. Culture seems to be ok at the junior level; less so as you get more senior.
Cons
CEO struggles to delegate Management seems to be scared to disagree with the CEO, need to be part of the existing boys club to be taken seriously unless you are in HR, who are ok, but really have to ability to rain in the CEO. Massive groupthink issues. Revenue and margins placed ahead of client outcomes; average wealth management proposition;

If you get noticed by the right people there is ample room to grow at the company.

Middle management is difficult to work with, pay is not great and unable to negotiate.
