Nice coworkers. This used to be a great place to work when Arnold Cohen was the CEO.

Cons

You spend your days being belittled by the CEO Aine Duggan. Everyone is miserable, you never know when you will be interrupted during your work just to be called to her office to be scolded for two hours. She does this to the directors for six hours. She has fired half the staff and everyone else is trying to leave to find a normal, healthy workplace. BEWARE STAY AWAY!

When I started at the Partnership, client care was a priority, which unfortunately is no longer the case.

Cons

I would describe the CEO, who took over in 2019, as borderline abusive. Staff, including managers, are subject to routine public humiliation and threats of termination, despite taking on a tremendous amount of additional work due to improper staffing. The CEO's behavior has created a culture of fear, where it is better to be silent than wrong. Unfortunately, this led to a complete breakdown in service delivery and the people that suffer the most are the clients. Please trust this and other reviews, this is no longer a healthy place to work!
