Bad food, Internal politics- 30 employee have been left within a year from 50 employees so you can imagine rest. No job security, they just fire you anytime and they only do close your google account and that's it, no information, no contact. One side cab with lots of ehsaan-favor they show. You have to keep your own laptop or else PC, mouse, job security, health and life insurance for any mishap, food, one side transportation or else nearest room and patient to accept the internal politics poisonous culture or else they may terminate you any any second and just because they have not registered yet from last 5 years in India then you can not do against them or ask pf/esic etc or one month salary etc. No promotion just fire the old employees and hire the new ones on lowest salary which is from 18k-25k for chat agents and 25-35k max for manager level if you have vast experience.

Cons can not be mentioned in a paragraph. I'll summarise that in few points and you can just imagine the work experience or environment there - 1) Favouritism 2) Biased decission 3) Fake promises 4) No job security at all, you can get fired in a day, pop is just for show off 5) Higher management is not knowledgeable at all 6) Zero clarification on the process of operations
