Pros
I work part time for PathIvy. They pay well and I am treated with respect. Expectations and deadlines are clear. The founder has lot of empathy and wants each student to do well.
Cons
Work is in the evenings when the students are out of school.

Very bright and engaged students, who are generally high-achieving and ambitious.
Cons
Micromanagement on a ridiculous level. Many layers of redundant administrative functions for very simple tasks.
