      -PathPoint cares about employee health and well-being and offers Wellness Time -Fulfilling work; a chance to help make a positive difference in people's lives -Nice benefits -Supportive work culture

      Cons

      -Pretty good pay for the industry, but still overall fairly low salary compared to other lines of work -Sometimes overtime work is needed to keep up with demands; sometimes there is too much work/stress/demand for the low pay

      Pros

      Waves of different difficulty work load, some weeks have a lot of work to be done, others there isn't work to be done.

      Cons

      A lot of turnover, most likely due to the poor pay. Unacceptable system for giving hours, if you are full-time and promised 40 hours/week, when the program is on break, it is difficult for them to provide you with hours, leaving employees worried about their paycheck.
