      Pros

      Working in this team, there hasn't been a day where I left as a more enlightened person than I was when I came to work both professionally and personally. I have been given the ability to build the kind of relationships I have valued in my career in a way I didn't even realize I needed. This has given me permission to just be who I am without apology but in the best ways.

      Cons

      Holding yourself responsible for what you find meaningful is not an easy journey. This isn't a place where you can come in and half invest, it's not a clock in/clock out job. It's a self-aware journey that is constantly changing.

      Pros

      Forward thinking, open, true support for development, fun people and a cool office. I have learned a lot and am enjoying growing within the company.

      Cons

      Don't have any. If you do not want to succeed and be productive, it probably won't be an ideal fit. Everyone here wants to be here. We take pride in our work. It is nice being a part of such a dynamic group of people.
