      Pros

      The work was t hard but it helped me build experience for older kids and how they should be treated and watched over.

      There where no cons to talk about I loved everything about the job

      Pros

      Great parent company management. Great company values that keep everyone focused. Culture is still forming. Allows you to make an impact on company fabric

      Cons

      Full time salaries are low. Part time people have the potential to earn more. Management needs overhaul, not willing to use parent company resources although there's a wealth of experience. Vision for company is great but implementation is lacking
