Acquisition growing pains! Lots of lay offs and people leaving! Management are the same people that worked for previous declining company with the new owner not having any ad sales model experience. In other words, old company employees that were in lesser roles are now running this new company, and doing it the same as previous company did. No real direction on where they’re going and how they’re getting there, just a bunch of broad ideas. Most that work there are stressed, confused a lot of times, won’t speak up in fear of losing their job.
